Experience in Science as a guiding foundation…

As a person who has spent their entire career in science, I tend to be data driven. The Founding Fathers of this nation included in our Constitution The Progress Clause, found in Article I, Section 8, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution, granting Congress the power to promote the progress of science and useful arts. The Founders always wanted decisions to be guided by the best science and that will be reflected throughout the platform. In science, collaboration has yielded the most astonishing results over competition. In scientific collaboration, one idea is often made better when other people from diverse backgrounds add their own ideas. Should I run, what I would propose may not be exactly what becomes law, but as a scientist I am always hopeful that should that be the case, it is because collaboration only enhanced these ideas with input of diverse comrades from around our great nation!

Other opening thoughts to ponder…

  • America the Great

    TLDR:

    Collectively America can achieve anything!

America is Great, but it hasn’t been Great for Everyone!

Our Greatness is derived from the diversity of our ancestral cultures, the native cultures, and the cultures of slave descendants, our lived experiences, and our unique approaches to overcoming challenges!

  • Cultural Revolution Away from Capitalism

    TLDR:

    People over Profit

    Cooperation over Competition

    Individuality over Individualism

    Working Class over Ownership Class

  • Intersectionality of Platforms

    TLDR:

    Everything is connected!

    Everyone is needed!

  • Democrats vs. Republicans

    TLDR:

    Both parties kind of suck.

Work for their donors, not their constituents.

Democrats are basically just Republicans who wear Pride gear for a month once a year (Look up “corporations this month” for a good laugh)

  • General Strike if demands not met!

    TLDR:

Collective labor is workers’ greatest strength

General strike would send a message they cannot ignore

Members of Congress should be organizing their constituents to General Strike

WIthholding our Labor is our greatest power.
